RETAIL STORE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange only. Restrictions apply so please see below for more information on our return policy. This return policy is subject to change if deemed necessary and will be updated here to reflect any changes. 

RETURNS

All returns must be done with a receipt and within 20 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, original packaging (unopened) and labels attached.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned [nor exchanged]: food, stuffed animals (any condition), opened items, broken items due to inappropriate use, water-damaged items, books, opened board games, puzzles, partial kits, partial sets, and the like. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is fit or not for a return, exchange or credit.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email to arrange a refund or exchange.

• A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $50.

• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

• Gifts to third parties are bound by the same return policies

• Gift cards are not refundable, and not exchangeable for cash, and will be bound by the restrictions by which they were purchased. ALL Gift Cards expire 60 months from the day of purchase.
