Membership Pricing 2026-27

1 Day a week = $205/month (with Pick up $235)

2 Days a week = $395/month (with PICK UP $420)

3 Days a week = $575/month (with Pick up $600)

EARLY RELEASE FRIDAY FOR ODYSSEY SCHOOL OF DENVER (WITH PICK UP Every Friday) = $225 (SHORT PROGRAM UNTIL 4:00pm) OR $315 (lONG pROGRAM UNTIL 5:30pm)

Start date August 31st, 2026 (this day will be rolled into any September Monday Drop in membership to make up for Labor Day).

When you enroll for the first month that payment will be applied to September, and your next payment will not be until the end of September (for the October membership).

*Minimum commitment is 2 months for ALL memberships.

*Early bird special No One-time Registration Fee of $25 if registered before August 25th.

*November & December are automatically prorated to 3 weeks of programming (25% off regular membership). Last day of 2025-26 is May 28th, 2027.

*No holiday refunds or credits, however you will have a make-up day (no pick up) for any holiday that falls on your membership day only if we do not offer programming on that day. We follow DPS schedule for non-school days and holidays, and we do not hold Afterschool Programs on those days. Find the DPS calendar here.

(Trial for 50% Drop in price on Mondays ONLY- Account needed for trial. Book by Friday before. Limited participants. One time use only. Does not include Holidays, School Days off, or any additional Black Out Dates. Email us to book.)

Tuesday: Isabella Bird, Swigert & Bill Roberts

Wednesday: Isabella Bird & Park Hill

Thursday: Isabella Bird, Swigert & Bill Roberts

Friday: Odyssey Early Release 1:30PM-4:00PM (Short Program) or 1:30PM-5:30PM (Long Program), Westerly Creek, & Bill Roberts

Bill Roberts K-8 has a discount due to later pick up (3:50PM)

Look for Bill Roberts Only Options when enrolling. $145/month for 1 day a week, $260/month for 2 days a week, and $370/month for 3 days a week.

SINGLE drop in = $65/day - aNY dAY OF THE WEEK 3:00-5:30pm

‘FLASH’ drop in = $30/day - For 1 hour block (Mon-Fri.) between 3:00-5:30pm) EMAIL (admin@mindcraftmakerspace.com) to book a date.

*Memberships for each month will be collected between the 15th and the 25th of the previous month.

*Membership cancellation requires a 2 weeks’ notice. No exceptions.

*Change Fee $10 will apply for each instance you need to change your scheduled day(s) unless a doctor’s note, an official school note, or a hospital note is provided, or if you have the Flex Membership.

*A No Show without a call at least 3 hours before pick up time will result in a lost day with no opportunity for Make up (no refunds for any reason). No refunds for missed/ no show Drop-ins. A credit will remain in your account for 2 months after the original schedule date.

*Late pick up fees will apply as per our policy (policy available to review when you register in our iClass portal).

*A 5% sibling discount available for our memberships only. Most expensive membership/program pays in full and sibling(s) pay 5% less than their enrolled membership/program. No sibling discount available for semester rate nor for Drop ins.

*Each monthly membership includes one make up day for sickness or vacation per month. Make up days will expire within 1 month of missed day.

*Pickup service is also available for any other activities at Stanley Marketplace that start no later 4PM (ex. gymnastics and music). Please inquire about our Bus Punch Pass ($10 per instance, e.g. Once a week = $40 per month) and about Gap Time ($10 per instance) if your child has an activity that starts after 4PM, but later than 4:30PM, by contacting admin@mindcraftmakerspace.com. We will make sure your child eats their snack, and we will walk your child/children to their next activity at Stanley.
